“We ran them on some really sloppy, nasty ground, and they floated right over it,” stated Weaver. “With the low-ground-pressure rubber tracks, the weight is evenly distributed, so you avoid making ruts and sinking into the soil. That helped us complete the project on time.”
The SMS branch located in Anchorage, Alaska which will now deliver crawler carrier sales, rentals, parts and service requests in addition to their established Canadian branches already serving the Terramac product line.
“At one point, we had another crawler carrier on the jobsite that didn’t rotate and we sent it back. With a pathway as narrow as this one was, we relied heavily on the rotation and preferred the RT14R for it,” adds Krista.
