We supply everything from the parts themselves to dedicated specialists and field technicians to a full-line dealer network trained to respond to general inquiries, parts orders, warranty claims, and maintenance and repair work. Delivering optimal parts and service support makes it easy to own and operate our carriers, and is one way we fulfill our Back the Track support promise.

Need to order a part? No problem. We have live parts specialists ready to take your order by phone or email, and an online parts system to assist dealers placing stocking orders.

Warranty

Terramac machines are built to last. That’s why we’re proud to back them with a powerful 2-year/1,000-hr warranty as part of our Back the Track program.

Reman Parts Program

Our Reman Parts Program provides alternative repair solutions with lower price points and reduced lead times on key components that help minimize downtime.

Lubricant Program

We recommend using Schaeffer’s Specialized Lubricants for all Terramac carriers to prolong the life of your machine. You can now purchase these lubricants direct from Terramac.

Additional Parts Resources

Terramac takes great pride in being a true partner which is why we’re excited to offer our customers services from our sister companies, Rocky Mountain Powertrain (RMPT) and CK Power.

RMPT specializes in refurbishing and rebuilding key parts, components, and equipment, including but not limited to, those in Terramac carriers. Service providers like RMPT are challenging to find and provide customers unique, cost-effective repair solutions on all engine brands, transmission styles, and equipment types including aerial lifts, telehandlers, generators, material handlers, and more.

CK Power is a premier off-highway power solutions company focused on tailoring products for special applications. Already familiar with the unfavorable jobsite conditions that Terramac’s traverse, CK Power provides durable engines and generator sets which can be used as support equipment on Terramac carriers or alongside them on remote right-of-ways.
