Terramac’s rubber tracked technology allows carriers to conquer problematic terrains as well as work through inclement weather without getting stuck as a wheeled vehicle would.
Power Equipment plans to build their Terramac fleet immediately and now offers carrier sales, rentals and service at each of their branch locations within their designated territory. Matt Nelson, Terramac Regional Sales Manager and Power Equipment representatives believe the latest Terramac RT14R rotating crawler carrier model will make the biggest impact in the Tennessee area due to the high volume of hauling projects and mountainous landscape. “The rotation is extremely appealing to our customers because it promotes faster operation and reduces environmental damage. You drive in and back out without having to take the time or space to turn the tracks which also protects the ground,” explains Woodby. Power Equipment will also stock the mid-sized RT9 and larger RT14 carriers, and offer specialty attachment equipment for track mounting upon request.
