Terramac is excited to announce that we’ve updated our warranty policy. All Terramac units purchased after January 1, 2022, will now come with 2-year, 1000-hour limited warranty period.
Our team diligently seeks out quality components for our carriers and works tirelessly with vendors to overcome supply and demand challenges. It is through these efforts that we were able to enhance our warranty policy, doubling the previous annual time frame, so customers have ample time to run machines in real life applications. This warranty update is just one more way for us to reiterate our commitment to quality and reliability. Whether you operate units daily or use them on a project-to-project basis, we want all our customers to have a fair warranty policy that provides confidence in our products and peace of mind in the field.
